How long does the switch actually take?
Most clients are live within 4–9 business days from the time we receive your signed application. Terminal reprogramming or replacement happens outside business hours so your operations don’t stop.
What does “True Cost-Plus” actually mean?
You see the exact interchange rate the card networks charge (the real cost), plus one flat, disclosed margin. No non-qualified surcharges, no tiered pricing games, no surprise bumps. Every statement shows the same numbers.
Do I actually get one person, or a support pool?
One named service manager, with a direct cell number. Same person from day one through year ten. If Jeff signed you, Jeff still answers — or your service manager does. No ticket queue.
What do you look at in the free audit?
